Bobcat Village will be in the area with the DJ. We have soccer pool, corn hole, life sized Jenga and connect 4. Games attendants will help engage kids to play the games, and set the games up keeping the area neat and organized after a group is done playing. Games attendants will also help the DJ when he does a scavenger hunt prize to get the prize for the winner. The photo booth will have an owner with it, and needs no attention.
Day of Set Up (7am-9am) Set up crew will place trash boxes around the complex easily accessible with the golf cart for clean up later. Responsible for corner flags, team benches, easy ups (registration x2) Field marshal Bins. Signs on field for teams/spectators and field signs. Field Marshals will sit between two fields to oversee both games. When you arrive at your fields I would introduce yourself to the coaches of both fields and let them know you are there, as mentioned you may confirm the score and teams at the end of the game. You will have a walkie talkie if there is an issue, medical or otherwise. There is a bin where you will sit that has ice packs, water, and score sheets. If you are assigned to Field 1, 2, 8, 9, 10 you will have one or two clipboards in your bin to keep score of those games (one clipboard per field). We will have a score runner coming to get the scores from you to bring to the booth. If you want to confirm the score please ask the referee or coaches. These scores are important for scoring. At the end of your shift, a relief field marshall will release you.
Score runner will get scores from every scoring field after each game. They will have use of the golf cart.
Parking attendants will work with a Board member to safely park cars to our lot’s capacity. This year we may have several groups of attendants due to the size of the tournament. Please see Mike Moriarty upon arrival. Please arrive at 7:45
Photographer (No need to be a professional) The Tournament director has a list of photos to have captured, and using your own discretion on the photos of the tournament, tailgating areas, teams, celebrations.
Registration will check in coaches 8:00-last team checks in. After that it will be informational. Guests usually come over for directions to a field, time of games, and where the bathrooms are. It will also serve as a lost and found. Medical will be with registration. If the bathrooms become locked or have an issue please let a board member know and they will unlock them. Extra TP will be at registration (if we run out – exciting stuff! LOL)
Volunteer Coordinator Will check volunteers in and direct them where to go and what their responsibility is. The volunteer coordinator will hand out volunteer swag as well (if any). Location: Volunteer tent Arrival 7:30am
Vendor Coordinator Will check all vendors in and direct them where to go and what their responsibility is. The vendor coordinator will collect payment from Food Trucks (flat fee) and assist with assign location as they enter the venue. Location: Volunteer Tent Arrival 7am
Trash attendants use cart to check garbage in all zones and keep the bins low as to mot overflow. This year we may have several groups of attendants due to the size of the tournament.
